# MacWrapped > MacWrapped is a free menu-bar app for macOS 13+ that turns the last ~28 days of Mac usage into a shareable, Spotify-Wrapped-style stat card. Everything is computed on the user's Mac; nothing is ever uploaded. Distributed as an Apple-notarized DMG for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs — not on the Mac App Store. Key facts: - Price: free. No account, no subscription, no analytics or telemetry in the app. - Requirements: macOS 13 Ventura or later. Single universal binary (Apple Silicon + Intel). - What the card shows: minutes on screen, days active, busiest day, peak hour, top apps ranked with share of time, a 24-hour activity rhythm, a derived personality (Night Owl, Maker, Creator, Communicator, Deep Worker, Switch Hitter, Marathoner, or All-Rounder), and an estimated "Top X% of Mac users" intensity score computed on-device. - Privacy: the app reads the app-usage history macOS already keeps locally, which requires the user to grant Full Disk Access. It does not monitor keystrokes or clicks, and it is not a keylogger. The only network request it makes is an optional check for app updates. - Stats window: macOS retains roughly four weeks of usage history, so the card covers about the last 28 days. - Share cards render at 1080×1350 (4:5) in eight hand-tuned colourways (Sky, Indigo, Mint, Sand, Blush, Lavender, Lemon, Midnight) plus a fully custom mode. - Why not the Mac App Store: reading the usage history requires Full Disk Access, which App Store sandboxing forbids; the app is Developer ID-signed and notarized by Apple instead, with built-in updates. - Download: https://macwrapped.app/download/MacWrapped.dmg ## Docs - [Homepage](https://macwrapped.app/): features, colourways, personalities, setup, privacy details, and FAQ
